Graves Elementary School recently celebrated the culmination of a year-long project to replace a failing well, ensuring the provision of clean and safe water for all students. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was a tremendous success, drawing a large crowd that included students, families, community members, and elected officials. The Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce co-hosted the event, adding to the significance of the occasion. Local news station KSBW covered the story, highlighting the impact of the new well on the school community. The project’s completion marks a vital step in improving the school’s infrastructure and ensuring the health and well-being of its students.
